About the role
Northwind is hiring a software engineer to work on the scheduling product. You will pair with design, write clear pull requests, and take a feature from the first sketch to production. The stack is TypeScript, React, and a small set of internal APIs.
What you will do
- Ship product features with one designer and one product manager
- Keep the scheduling screens fast on older warehouse laptops
- Review pull requests and leave notes a new teammate can follow
- Fix production issues when a shift plan fails overnight
